The helpful owner and staff, nicely appointed rooms, beautiful setting, great for children, plenty of room to run around.
Nothing for me.

The views from the pool are stunning and the facilities are well-maintained. the restaurant served delicious and authentic food, including amazing pizzas, with a great selection of music. We also enjoyed the large outdoor spaces, perfect for kids to play and run around in the fresh air.
Breakfast was limited and not served early enough for families with young children. the rooms lacked amenities like a TV and air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The facilities were amazing - from the spacious rooms to the pool with stunning views of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful, from providing drinking water at all times to arranging transportation. Additionally, the location made it very easy to take a taxi anywhere we needed to go.
Nothing to fault.

The breakfast at Los Cruxes was a pleasant surprise. Although simple, it was tasty and satisfying, with options like cereal, milk. They even let us know the breakfast times in advance, so we could plan accordingly for our kids who wake up early. Plus, the included breakfast was a great way to start our day before exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the facilities.

The natural setting of the hotel was breathtaking. It had plenty of green areas with established trees, which made it perfect for kids. We loved that there were many activities available, especially during Easter, which kept us entertained during our stay. the spacious and well-appointed rooms added to the comfort of our stay.
We found that the breakfast included in our stay was meager and not up to our expectations. , some of the facilities were not maintained and needed more attention, such as the pool that was not heated and the music that was not suitable for all.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by trees and with a stunning view of the mountains. It's a bit of a hike from the town center, but taxis are available and the staff is always willing to help arrange transportation. the rooms are simple but nicely decorated and well maintained. the pool is clean and refreshing, and the hammocks provide a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. the staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.
The breakfast options could be better, but it's easy enough to grab a quick bite at a nearby cafe.
